This posting is for a 4-month Winter 2026 Student placement with a start date of January 2026 and end date of April 2026.


In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:

Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2026 ; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2025 or April 2026), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

What is the opportunity?




The RBC Associate, Workflow Delivery and Oversight is a critical member of the Implementation and Integration team. As the Associate, Workflow Delivery and Oversight, your primary focus is to effectively manage and evaluate the workflow of cash management and trade product implementation and integration requests, ensuring a consistent, excellent end to end onboarding experience to clients.


This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team environment with a collaborative focus on delivering a seamless product implementation and integration client experience.

What will you do?



Assess and triage incoming cash management and trade product onboarding requests to assign cases to the implementation team, balancing capacity and alignment of capability/product expertise Evaluate overall volumes data and service level agreement adherence of Implementation and Integration team, comparing against Key Performance Indicators and providing oversight and strategies to drive continuous improvement Partner with team members in creating and amending procedures and reviewing servicing level agreements

What do you need to succeed?



Must-have



Currently pursuing post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g., BBA, B. Comm., etc. Demonstrate resourcefulness and problem-solving skills when working independently Capable of completing assignments with limited guidance. Critical thinking, curiosity, communication, and collaboration Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); Intranet and Internet navigational and research skills

Nice-to-have



Project management, workflow analytics and strategy experience Experience collaborating with multiple partners across different teams
