We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and positive individual to assist our winemaking team from harvest to bottling.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the winemaking team to process all fruit.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of crush pad, winery, and laboratory.
Record keeping of grape tonnage, yields, and processing.
Support barrel program, bottling and disgorging of wines.
Support production and warehouse team.
Qualifications:
Completed at least one harvest.
Winemaking diploma or certification an asset.
Age 19+.
Ability to work indoor and outdoor and to lift 25 kg.
Forklift and confined-space certification an asset.
Flexible with work hours.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Canadian driver's licence and a clean driving record.
Transportation to and from work.
Authorized to work in Canada.
A clean criminal background check.
