We are looking for rope access technicians to fill full-time positions in building cleaning and maintenance:

Rope Access Exterior Cleaning Technician:

Window Cleaning Pressure Cleaning Bird Spike Installation Gutter Cleaning Stain Removal

:

Perform window cleaning on commercial and residential buildings using rope access techniques. Use approved cleaning methods and tools (e.g., squeegees, water-fed poles, detergents). Operate safely under IRATA Level 1 guidelines and company procedures. Conduct pre-job site inspections and assist with setup of safety systems. Follow instructions from IRATA Level 3 supervisors and cooperate with team members. Maintain and inspect personal protective equipment (PPE) and rope access gear. Complete daily work reports and communicate any site issues to supervisors. Ensure work is performed efficiently, professionally, and with minimal disruption to clients or the public. Follow established safety rules and instructions.

Requirements and qualifications:

Work experience 1 to 2 years IRATA or SPRAT Certification required Not afraid of heights and able to work on ladders and suspended stages Enthusiasm and decent work attitude Valid BC driver's license is an asset, but not required Must be able to work while suspended in harness for extended periods of time Be capable of functioning in climatic extremes Criminal record check will be done

Compensation

:

$32.00 - 47.00 depending on experience
