Job Title: IRATA Rope Access Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IRATA Rope Access Technician to join our team. Any level will be considered. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized climbing techniques and equipment. If you are a safety-conscious individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in working with hand tools, and power tools we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct IRATA rope access work following industry best practices and safety guidelines
- Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations at elevated locations
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to complete tasks efficiently
- Rigging tasks as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures in the building maintenance industry

Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with rigging and climbing techniques
- Strong knot knowledge
- Previous window washing, pressure washing a bonus.

- Arborist experience a plus.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $25.00-$45.25 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
