Since 2005, IMAGINE has been providing cleaning and a broad host of property services for residential and commercial properties across the Vancouver region.

We are looking for one rope-access technician to join our IN-HOUSE rope team.

We will keep you busy during the off season with ground and lift work like powerwashing, window cleaning, awning cleaning, and general route work duties while resting from elevated work or when we reset for our Fall and Winter services.

You may also choose to work with one of our other two divisions at CleanLinc Solutions and BrowMac Services.

BONUS:

- We will outfit you with your harness and necessary gear if you don't have your own

- We will PAY for your ongoing training to hone your skills or qualify for your L2 or L3

- We will offer a $500 signing bonus to be paid 15 days after your start

REQUIREMENTS:

You have at least 2 years working in outside services like window cleaning, awning cleaning, rope-access building maintenance

You have at LEAST a VALID and current L1 SPRAT or L1 IRATA or a bosuns chair ticket (MANDATORY)

You are also capable of keeping track of equipment and formulating fall protection and work plans for specific sites and uploading them into our job wiki You treat people with respect You do not violate Harassment policies or Trust with coworkers You collaborate and focus positive energy on the job and growth, and not competing with fellow rope access technicians simply to compete You are astute enough to recognize an opportunity in a safe environment and understand you manage your success with a positive mindset You are looking for a place to service great customers and hone your craft

You will increase your opportunities if:

You have first aid credentials Can operate a Genie or scissor lift or be willing to learn Can drive a van or pickup truck safely Can bbq

Responsibilities

Conduct routine cleaning, inspections and maintenance of facilities using rope access techniques. Interpret time & movement plans, and technical documents to perform services on budget and mechanical repairs. Ensure compliance with safety. standards, including maintaining First Aid Certification. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Provide exceptional customer service while supervising maintenance tasks and leading projects. We are a customer service company that just happens to be in the commercial services field. You know how to ask your manager for guidance when confronted with things you don't know.

We are also open to contracting independent rope access technicians for this role if you prefer piece work or contract work.
