VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Window Fabricator to join our growing production team. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling, fabricating, and finishing window systems to meet company specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing top-quality work in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do




Fabricate and assemble vinyl window systems according to specifications and drawings Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently Measure, cut, and prepare materials to meet required tolerances and production schedules Inspect materials and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Apply glazing, hardware, gaskets, and sealants as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Identify and report any material shortages, defects, or production issues to supervisors Follow company policies, production procedures, and health & safety regulations Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve production goals

What You'll Bring




Previous experience in window fabrication, aluminum manufacturing, or a related production environment is preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision tools and measuring instruments Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders High attention to detail and focus on producing quality workmanship Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials and products as required
