We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing leads aswell as creating your own leads. you will work closely with our team every day & week to better assist growing the companys revenue You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for glass window solution. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in B2B & B2C sales, and a passion for growth.

Responsibilities

Generate your own leads & set up appointments with clients. Show them our products and close the deal. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from design, & taking payments Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales initiatives Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Find and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

Previous Experience & Proven track record in outside & inside sales for B2C & B2B. Construction Sales is a Plus Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures Experience in business development and account management Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical products Excellent analysis skills to assess market conditions and customer needs Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to close deals & communicate with head office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
