Job Purpose:
The role of an Inside Sales Representative is to provide the highest level of customer service by providing product knowledge, quotes, and support to external sales staff and their clients.

Role Responsibilities:
To have a clear knowledge and understanding of all products offered by Lux Windows
Work with clients to better understand their business needs and goals (telephone, email, walk-ins)
Greet all walk-in customers with a variety of needs form quotes, product presentation or parts
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
Respond quickly, professionally, and effectively to customer inquiries, and/or concerns
Systematically develop business relationships and professional network to gather market intelligence
Help identify opportunities to introduce innovative new products/services
Quote small and large-scale projects from blueprints, window schedules and material lists
Prepare presentations on Lux products through showroom and site visits
Handle customer/client concerns effectively
Review all orders for accuracy before submitting
Strive to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Complete sales transactions and all necessary paperwork including payments
Assist customers in the showroom.
Help existing clients understand quotes they have received.
Support Outside Sales and Renovations Sales with quoting and client mediation.
Support outside sales staff by entering quotes and service requests.
Accurately enter quotes and crosscheck to eliminate possible errors.
Accurately enter service requests and crosscheck to eliminate possible errors.
Interpret blueprints and do takeoffs.
Processing customer deposits and completing sales transactions and all necessary paperwork including payment.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, training opportunities, sales meetings, and client meetings.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field experience
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role
Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings
In-depth knowledge of technical sales skills and best practices
Proven experience in customer relationship management
Formal presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build healthy relationships with clients and employees.
