Job Duties:

Residential & commercial window cleaning Gutter cleaning, pressure washing Ladder and rooftop work (training provided) Interacting politely with clients and representing the Sparling's name with pride
What You Need:

Positive attitude & strong work ethic Comfortable with heights and physical work Valid G2 or G license and reliable transportation (preferred) Willingness to learn, take direction, and show up on time Customer service mindset
Bonus Points For:

Previous window cleaning or exterior work experience Working at Heights or Fall Protection certification Ability to lead a small crew (we promote from within!)
