This is not a training position. We are looking for someone who can
clean glass efficiently, streak-free, and safely
-- with no hand-holding. As part of the interview process, all candidates will be required to complete a
skills test
using both
squeegee and water-fed pole techniques

Responsibilities:
Perform residential and/or commercial window cleaning using squeegee and water-fed pole systems
Confidently clean first second and third story windows
Remove debris, cobwebs, and build-up from windows, frames, and sills
Operate safely with poles, and other equipment
Maintain and care for squeegees, poles, hoses, filters, and related tools
Work neatly, efficiently, and represent the company with professionalism
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum [2] years of verifiable experience using both traditional squeegee methods and water-fed pole systems
Strong technique in detailing corners and edges (no streaks, no drips)
Must be comfortable using extension poles, ladders, and navigating uneven ground
Knows how to maintain clean, spot-free finishes with water-fed systems
Must pass a
hands-on cleaning skills test
during the interview process
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred but Not Required:
Familiarity with DI/RO filtration systems used in water-fed pole setups
Experience cleaning solar panels or skylights
Pressure washing or gutter cleaning experience
OSHA training or relevant certifications
