We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows in commercial and residential properties are cleaned to the highest standards. This role requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of windows using appropriate tools and techniques. Utilize hand tools safely and effectively. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use. Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes. Adhere to all safety guidelines while working at heights or in challenging conditions. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $22.80-$24.67 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
