Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity to assist our Service Retention team. This is a 12 month contract/acting opportunity and will report to the Manager of Parts Sales Planning and Analysis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with TCI Wholesale and collision programs, evaluate market trends, and assist with the creation of business strategies. The successful candidate will have an impact on customer satisfaction through the improvement of the collision program and TCIs parts activities.

What Youll be Doing:
Accountable for processing inquiries related to collision part sales and Certified Collision Center programs
Create reporting and present results for collision parts, Certified Collision Centre, and parts eCommerce programs, resulting in strategic business decisions
Develop and perform a framework with external vendors, IT and internal staff to direct the Smart Parts & Lexus Integrity Parts, parts eCommerce and Certified Collision Centre program
Process invoicing from vendors and update budgets based on expenses
Complete dealership audits for wholesale programs which include but are not limited to: evaluation of claims, communication with regional offices, develop dealer correspondence, reviews with management
Communicate with Certified Collision Centre program vendor, field staff, dealerships and collision centres to assist with sponsorships and certification process
Monitor Certified Collision Centre audits through ongoing communication with our 3rd party vendor
Assist with department projects and studies such as: Total Loss prevention, technical repair information sharing, Non-Reusable Parts, Collision Market performance and NDS opportunities
Discover and study new wholesale parts opportunities such as mechanical wholesale, B2B commerce and Collision parts sales programs
Perform Parts pricing studies, comparing TCI prices to market changes or trends
Assist Parts Sales Planning group with projects focused on improving parts sales
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
What Youll Bring:
Flexibility to work as a member of the team and as an individual contributor
Experience within the automotive industry
Knowledge of Automotive components and terminology
5 years of related automotive experience, preferably within parts and service area
Strong methodical qualification with the knowledge of how to collect, organize, assess, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and Project Management credentials
Proven knowledge of how to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies
Intermediate Excel and Power BI experience required
