Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing to join our Service Retention department. This is a 12-month contract/acting opportunity and will report to the Manager of Service Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing digital marketing programs which align with national objectives and strategies to improve customer retention and parts sales.

What Youll be Doing:
Develop, implement, and manage Parts and Service Dealer programs to support parts sales performance, enhance customer retention, and drive profitability
Lead and assist in the design, production, launch and support of Service Marketing campaigns and programs
Develop, implement, analyze, and report on Service Marketing campaign/program performance; use insights to support the presentation of data-driven improvement opportunities
Design and develop promotional support and reference materials consistent with corporate brand direction and objectives
Collaborate with Tier 1 (National) agency partners to define and deliver strategic marketing initiatives (digital, print, email, mail, out-of-home, etc.) that promote education, awareness, and consideration of Toyota Genuine Parts & Service
Support Tier 2 (Regional) Dealer advisory boards and agency partners in the design and delivery of aligned marketing initiatives that promote Service appointment conversions and Toyota Genuine Part sales
Support the analysis of key parts sales trends at the National and Zone level to identify promotional opportunities
Conduct research to determine the viability of new opportunities for Service Marketing
Prepare planning documentation using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) principles for Tier 1 (National) strategic programs and activities
Liaise with TMNA (Toyota North America), TMC (Toyota Japan), and other affiliates to support best practice sharing and foster continuous improvement
Collaborate with suppliers in support of shared key product promotion
Engage with field staff, dealer partners, and other internal/external stakeholders to exchange information and gather feedback on Service Marketing campaigns/programs; leverage feedback to recognize and propose new opportunities and/or opportunities for kaizen (continuous improvement) to management
Assist in the organization of meetings/conferences and preparation of related materials (reporting, performance metrics, presentations, etc.)
Prepare and deliver presentations to National, Zone, Dealer, and other internal/external stakeholders in relation to strategic opportunities, information sharing, awareness, and annual planning activities
What Youll Bring:
University/College degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline
Experience working in the marketing field with strong digital marketing knowledge
Strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and project management skills
Proven ability to initiate and improve work processes to increase efficiency
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently
Strong time management skills
Proven ability to build successful partnerships
Committed team player
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Teams, Power BI, etc.)
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
