This is a 12-month contract/acting opportunity and will report to the Manager of Service Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing digital marketing programs which align with national objectives and strategies to improve customer retention and parts sales.What We\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:Company & CultureA hybrid work environmentA work environment built on teamwork, flexibility and respectProfessional growth and development programs to help advance your careerA focus on respect for people and continuous improvementSummer Hours \xe2\x80\x93 condensed work week during the summerBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageExtended health care and dental benefits effective immediatelyAssociate vehicle discount programPaid holiday shutdown and competitive paid time off benefitsWhat You\xe2\x80\x99ll be Doing:Develop, implement, and manage Parts and Service Dealer programs to support parts sales performance, enhance customer retention, and drive profitabilityLead and assist in the design, production, launch and support of Service Marketing campaigns and programsDevelop, implement, analyze, and report on Service Marketing campaign/program performance; use insights to support the presentation of data-driven improvement opportunitiesDesign and develop promotional support and reference materials consistent with corporate brand direction and objectivesCollaborate with Tier 1 (National) agency partners to define and deliver strategic marketing initiatives (digital, print, email, mail, out-of-home, etc.) that promote education, awareness, and consideration of Toyota Genuine Parts & ServiceSupport Tier 2 (Regional) Dealer advisory boards and agency partners in the design and delivery of aligned marketing initiatives that promote Service appointment conversions and Toyota Genuine Part salesSupport the analysis of key parts sales trends at the National and Zone level to identify promotional opportunitiesConduct research to determine the viability of new opportunities for Service MarketingPrepare planning documentation using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) principles for Tier 1 (National) strategic programs and activitiesLiaise with TMNA (Toyota North America), TMC (Toyota Japan), and other affiliates to support best practice sharing and foster continuous improvementCollaborate with suppliers in support of shared key product promotionEngage with field staff, dealer partners, and other internal/external stakeholders to exchange information and gather feedback on Service Marketing campaigns/programs; leverage feedback to recognize and propose new opportunities and/or opportunities for kaizen (continuous improvement) to managementAssist in the organization of meetings/conferences and preparation of related materials (reporting, performance metrics, presentations, etc.)Prepare and deliver presentations to National, Zone, Dealer, and other internal/external stakeholders in relation to strategic opportunities, information sharing, awareness, and annual planning activitiesWhat You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:University/College degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplineExperience working in the marketing field with strong digital marketing knowledgeStrong analytical, administrative, organizational, and project management skillsProven ability to initiate and improve work processes to increase efficiencyExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present confidentlyStrong time management skillsProven ability to build successful partnershipsCommitted team playerHighly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Teams, Power BI, etc.)Bilingual (English/French) is an assetAbout UsToyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
