Support the development and execution of the wholesale marketing strategy for Bartle & Gibson.
Plan, track, and manage co-op/marketing budgets with wholesale vendor partners.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing collateral to support supplier programs and branch initiatives.
Execute B2B marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels to drive awareness and sales.
Assist with managing wholesale-focused social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and asset coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Protect and grow the Bartle & Gibson brand within the wholesale plumbing, HVAC, and electrical markets.
Assist in planning and executing branch, regional, and supplier-driven events (40+ annually).
Create and deploy targeted email campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and promotional initiatives.
Maintain and update website content on a custom CMS, ensuring supplier promotions and branch updates are current.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance using analytics tools.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with licensing, advertising standards, and industry regulations.
Provide copywriting support for campaigns, promotions, and internal communications.
Build campaign landing pages as needed, ensuring effective layout and user experience with provided templates.
Assist in optimizing content for wholesale customers.
Travel to branches, events, and supplier meetings as required.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and wholesale business principles.
Proficiency with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

required
