Position Overview
The Project/Clinic Manager will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing business strategies, and expanding the clinic's presence through marketing, collaborations, and community engagement. This individual will manage both people and projects, ensuring that business objectives align with the clinic's mission of delivering exceptional care and wellness services.
Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies to grow clinic services and revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and community partnerships.

Oversee public relations and maintain a positive brand image within the community.
Plan and execute workshops, seminars, and wellness events to promote services.
Develop and deliver compelling business pitches and proposals.
Lead Management & Sales
Track and analyze leads to optimize conversion rates.
Design and implement lead generation strategies across various platforms.
Oversee client acquisition processes and support sales activities.
Team & Staff Development
Lead, train, and mentor clinic staff to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace culture.
Ensure staff are aligned with clinic goals, customer service standards, and compliance practices.
Operations & Project Management
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth patient and staff experiences.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting related to growth initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners for collaborative wellness projects.
Plan, organize, and execute special events and educational workshops.
