Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Jane the office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in calm and restorative environment. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required. The Front Desk Agent will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a courteous and professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Handle data entry, filing, and other clerical duties with accuracy and attention to detail Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using the Jane App, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Process payments and perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software is an asset but not required Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and updating databases Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person Assist with front desk operations in chiropractic and massage therapy environments as needed Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Qualifications



Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is an asset but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills Attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy Previous experience working in chiropractic, massage, medical or dental offices is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently in a professional setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
