Onsite Weldforce Corporation is a professional Welding & Fabrication training school located in Mississauga, dedicated to equipping students with hands-on skills and practical knowledge to succeed in the trades. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Welding Trainer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruct students in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding techniques Develop and deliver engaging lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on training Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure all safety protocols and welding standards are strictly followed Prepare students for industry certifications and job readiness Maintain welding equipment and training area in excellent condition
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred CWB Certification Red Seal endorsement it is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to student success and safety
