We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products, ensuring adherence to safety standards and technical specifications. Duties
Read and interpret detailed schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes.
Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and welding techniques on various metals including aluminum and stainless.
Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately.
Measure materials with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure proper fit and specifications.
Operate rigging equipment and machining tools safely to move materials or assemble large components.
Fabricate ductwork, structural steel, or custom metal assemblies following strict standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality control through inspection of finished work.
Experience
Manufacturing background involving metal fabrication.
Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding techniques
Familiarity with schematics, and technical drawings for fabrication projects.
Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brakes, and other fabrication equipment.
Ability to interpret technical specifications while maintaining a focus on safety compliance under codes & standards.
