Job Description

We're looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our team in a busy production environment. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal parts with precision and consistency. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need:

Minimum 2 years of MIG & TIG welding experience. Ability to read and understand drawings. Willingness to learn and work well with others. Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Details:

Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks. Shift: Afternoons, 4:15 PM - 2:15 AM. Schedule: 4-day work week (Full-time, 40 hours/week). Pay: Based on experience and skill level. Benefits: Available after probation period. Reviews: Performance and wage reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months.
