As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure all food safety standards are met by properly handling, preparing, and serving food in accordance with health regulations. Sanitize tables, utensils, and service areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide change as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and best practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on creating positive dining experiences. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A friendly attitude with strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
