Barber Collins Security is looking for a Reliable, Part Time Security guard to work in a 2 building apartment complex in Kitchener

Every Other Friday and Saturday night 9pm to 5am

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor 2 -20 story apartment towers premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct surveillance
- Enforce rules, regulations, and tenant policies to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

-Enforce Parking regulations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents

Requirements:
- Valid security guard license with minimum 2 years guard experience.

-Previous work experience as a Security Guard in an apartment or Condo setting.
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk up and down stairs for long periods of time
