As our Weekend Manager, you will fill an experienced leadership role in our team. The Weekend Manager is responsible for organizing and leading our Customer Success and Housekeeping activities, performing basic administrative and clerical services, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective and efficient operations, on Saturdays and Sundays. This position reports to the General Manager.
The foundation of this job is to work closely with customers, and with internal operations staff, to ensure our properties and associated services are at their finest, resulting in amazing customer experiences. You will excel in this role by bringing out the best in others and demonstrating an attention to operational detail.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

Interest in entrepreneurship and startups
Effective communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
2+ years experience in office administration, project management, or housing/lodging industry-specific roles
Proficiency in self-organization, record keeping, and report writing
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and multiple industry specific software programs

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour
