RAPS is Seeking a Caregiver to Assist a Senior Couple with Developmental Disabilities (A46)

Start Date:

July 19, 2025 or sooner

Days/Hours:

10 hours per weekend. Saturday and Sunday 12:30 to 5:30 (except holidays)

*This is an ideal situation for 2 individuals who want to share the position.

: Duties include but are not limited to assistance with personal care, medication reminders, support on outings including client transportation, planning and participation in activities, client engagement, preparation of healthy and nutritious meals, housekeeping, supervision and companionship.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

The successful candidate will have an updated criminal record check with the vulnerable sector check dated within the last 12 months, a class 5 driver's license and vehicle with the appropriate insurances for client transportation and previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. A Support Worker certificate and first aid and CPR training are considered assets.

Rate of Pay

: $25.00/Hour + Mileage $.45/km
