RAPS is Seeking Alternating Weekend caregiver to assist an individual with a Brain Injury and Stroke (E367)

Location: South Edmonton (Nean Mill Creek ravine)

Days: Alternating Saturday and Sundays

Hours: 9am-11pm

: Duties include but are not limited to: mechanical transfers using a ceiling track lift, assisting with Am and PM routine (dressing, bathing, changing incontinent products), light housekeeping (empty garbage, laundry),(bowel routine, administer medication), checking vitals (at home blood pressure machine), Meal preparation and feeding assistance, supervision, and companionship.

Please note: Client has Celiac Disease.

Qualifications and Other Requirements: The successful candidate must have a clear criminal record check containing the vulnerable sector,have a valid driver's license/vehicle, be a non-smoker. Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-year experience in the health care field. Preference given to those who are aware and conscious of Celiac Disease.

Rate of Pay: $21.00 hour
