As a Wedding Planner, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day. This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations to the execution of the event, ensuring that every detail aligns with the couple's vision.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding.
Develop comprehensive wedding plans that include timelines, vendor selections, and budgets.
Research and recommend venues, vendors, and service providers that meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
Coordinate logistics on the wedding day, including setup, vendor management, and guest services.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
Upsell additional services or products that enhance the overall experience for clients.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess a background in hospitality or related fields. Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is a plus. The following skills are essential for success in this role:
