The web designer/developer will be responsible for working side by side the design & marketing team in bringing new & exciting websites to fruition, that have outstanding design, excellent function & meet all client expectations throughout the process with seamless integration of new social, mobile & digital elements. Full stack skills an asset.Primary Responsibilities

• Designing & coding websites
• custom coding as needed
• developing wordpress templates
• developing bootstrap themes
• keeping our team up to date on new & exciting trends in the world of web & seo
• reworking older websites to have a new & exciting look, feel and function as needed
• building SEO strategizes into new and existing websites
• graphic design as needed to support the team's workflow
• google analytics reporting
• maintaining company websites
• Building, maintaining & updating of ecommerce
• updating content on client websites as needed to support the team's workflow

• Flexible mindset to accommodate shifts in workflow at the drop of a hat between projects as needed.
• Able to access, analyze suggest improvements to website structure & function

• minimum 4 years experience
• diploma in web design & development or equivalent experience.
