Learn more at colesag.com. JOB SUMMARY We\'re seeking a creative individual to fill a dual role that will allow you to grow your skills in both graphic design and web design/development. As our Junior Graphic & Web Designer, you\'ll spend approximately 50% of your time creating stunning designs for both print and digital mediums. The other 50% of your time will be dedicated to web design and development. We\'re looking for someone with some experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive web development, as well as familiarity with content management systems like WordPress. Graphic Design

• Infographics
• Reports (ex. annual reports, technical papers)
• Publications (ex. magazines, newsletters)

• Logos
• Other collateral (ex. t-shirts, hats, buttons) as necessary

Web Design/Development Desirables:

• HTML, CSS (jQuery is a plus)
• Responsive web development experience
• Content management systems, specially Wordpress
• Plugin management
• Familiarity with web domains/DNS a plus
• Website debugging skills are a plus.
• Experience with Themify/Elementor is a plus

• Ideally, we are looking for someone with education and experience in the communications/marketing/PR world
• We are less concerned with an exact number of years of education and experience than we are with knowledge, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• You must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
• At least 2 years proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite apps, specifically Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (bonus points for XD).
• Agriculture background or experience is an asset but not required

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PERKS We are a hybrid-remote office, with a presence across Canada. Flexible work conditions are available as needed. Due to the remote nature of the work, candidates must have access to a reliable computer/laptop for their type of work. Access to a coworking space, if desired, is an option in Calgary, AB.
