What will you do as a Junior Graphic Designer?

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you are an exceptional visual communicator, a creative problem-solver, and a strong conceptual thinker with demonstrated experience working for B2B technology companies. You think strategically and provide solutions that are aligned with corporate business objectives and priorities. You also collaborate creatively and proactively with project teams and sales teams to deliver sales support materials with a consistent look and feel across various media.

The Junior Graphic Designer is part of our global marketing team and reports directly to the Marketing Content Manager in our HQ office.

Responsibilities

• Create artwork for company marketing materials including website graphics, collateral (PDFs and print including brochures, datasheets, white papers, etc), presentations, trade show materials, marketing campaigns, and advertising
• Provide visual design recommendations that align with marketing strategy and maximize effectiveness of corporate brands
• Create multimedia presentations for internal and external audiences
• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer and the rest of the marketing team to execute creative tactics and ensure compliance with brand strategy in a consistent manner
• Collaborate with copywriter to create visual stories and experiences
• Design online materials such as web pages, email campaigns, online banners, and newsletters

What do you need to be successful?

• Minimum diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
• 2+ years of proven experience in graphic design for print and web
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs, and MS Office
• Excellent typographical and creative design skills, as well as strong decision making skills relating to design, composition, and color selection for web and print materials
• Excellent prepress skills \xe2\x80\x93 outputting and preparing press-ready files
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Creative, self-motivated and self-driven
• Excellent people skills with flexibility to work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Photography, illustration, animation, and video editing are an asset
