Create, edit, proofread, and publish clear, accessible web content aligned with AODA/WCAG and Ontario Health standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, legal, and translation services to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools; recommend improvements.
Audit and streamline existing content; manage assets, workflows, and content governance.
Requirements
3-5 years' online copywriting/editing in healthcare or public sector.
Bachelor's in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field.
Strong plain language writing, web readability, and editorial skills.
Experience with AODA/WCAG, Google/Adobe Analytics, and CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal).
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
