Job Details

LOMCO Limited is currently seeking a G Licensed Driver that will be responsible for watering new plantings or filling the water bags of new plantings throughout the regions of Toronto, Vaughan, and Mississauga.

You will be driving a Ford F-550 with a water tank on the back of the truck. You will be given a list of addresses each morning and you will have to drive to and water the newly planted trees at these addresses. You will also be responsible for filling you water tank with water tank throughout the day at designated water filling stations and at the end of your shift. You must be able to climb the back of the truck to do this.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience in Landscape and or Construction industry is an asset but not required G License Clean drivers abstract Knowledge of Plant material is an asset but not required Past experience as a Water Truck Driver is an Asset but not required Physically Fit

Responsibilities

Watering New Plant Material and Sod Completing your Daily Drivers Log Book according to applicable legislation Filling Watering Bags on New Plant Material Complete a list of locations that need to be watered Filling your water tank Filling your truck and water pump with fuel Communicate with Supervisor You will be driving a pick-up truck with a water tank and pump in the back box. You are responsible for watering our new plantings. Every morning you will be given a list of locations that need to be watered.
