Wastewater Treatment Technician.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position.

Available Shifts:




Full-Time: Day Shifts, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties



Promptly troubleshoot process, instrumentation, data, and mechanical problems Perform basic maintenance, repair, and calibration of wastewater treatment equipment and facilities Remain up to date on new developments in regulatory changes in environmental requirements Maintain water treatment data records Communicate effectively with department manager regarding all waste treatment and water recovery activities Adjust water treatment equipment and systems to ensure quality control Adjust chemical feed rates to ensure that disinfection processes meet quality standards Analyze test results from wastewater samples and instrument readings Operating and controlling process levels, temperatures, pressures and flows for applicable utilities, processes and systems in a safe and efficient manner Other duties as assigned

Mechanical knowledge Strong attention to detail Ability to focus Reliable transportation Comfortable working with chemicals

What will help you perform the job?



Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods of time. Ability to comfortably walk, sit, bend, and crouch. Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (hairnet, ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toed boots/shoes). Able to lift up to 50lbs
