+ Ensure outstanding support is provided to our customers, manufacturer representatives and regional sales managers in accordance with Lumenpulse policies and procedures.
+ Generate appropriate documentation to support warranty claim requests from Lumenpulse customers, including but not limited to return good authorization, replacement orders, CRM case information.
+ Act as liaison between the sales force and other functional areas of the company to ensure that all customer services activities are well-managed throughout the process.
+ Actively participate in the coverage of day-to-day in-bound and outbound calls and emails responding to customers, manufacturer representatives and regional sales managers.
+ Work closely with the Post Sales Team to process incoming customer requests regarding new and existing orders, including product deliveries and order expeditions.
+ Follow-up, prioritize and ensure that the customer is well informed of the developments of their request in a timely manner.
+ Ensure continuous improvement of overall order management process and customer service experience.
+ In collaboration with the Post Sales Team, develop new programs and strategies to increase customer experience.
+ Handle a variety of special projects, as requested.
Education & Experience Required
+ DEP or DEC or equivalent work experience in a technical field; electronics preferred.
+ Minimum of 1-3 years in sales and/or experience in customer service or after-sales warranty service, ideally in a technology or manufacturing industry.
Qualifications & Skills Required
+ Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a high-growth, product organization with a rapidly expanding product line and customer base.
+ Ability to interpret and communicate a variety of technical instructions related to installation of lighting projects.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is necessary to ensure regular collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec.
+ Experience at working both independently and in team-oriented environments.
+ Demonstrate strong technical and product-knowledge skills as well as a commitment to continuously improving customer and sales support.
