To meet the growing demand for our product we're currently seeking a Product Support Representative.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Represent Elmer's with positivity, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset. Interact w/dealers & customers to support Elmer's product. Document & process warranty claims Maintain accurate records of all service, repair, and other work. Basic functionality in the Parts Dept (sales order creation, parts picking & shipping) Regular after hours on call rotation Opportunities to interact directly with customers through farm visits and farm shows
We're Looking For:
Experience in the agricultural industry Experience in a customer service environment would be an asset Strong written & oral communication skills Attention to detail Computer experience (MS Office) Work well independently Class 5 license, ability to travel into the US
