Position Summary

The Warranty & Service Coordinator is responsible for working with the Service Manager to address customer service concerns for all locations.

Customer Service

Under direction from the Service Manager, address customer concerns with regard to the product that was purchased at any Sofa Land or Konto location Responsible for communicating with customers via email or phone call Ensure customers feel valued and understood when dealing with their concerns Responsible for determining if the product is covered under warranty with the manufacturer or if repairs will be a cost to the customer

Service Coordination

Work with the Service Manager to schedule service appointments for product repair in various locations Responsible for creating purchase orders with manufacturers and vendors to order new parts Ensure parts are correct when they arrive Create work orders and maintain work order status.

Job Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and previous experience working with Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly Positive, energetic attitude and ability to work within a team environment Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment Experience doing administrative tasks and high attention to detail Professional in appearance and conduct

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

2+ years of experience in Customer Service capacity an asset but not required
