You'll be the go-to person for customers, techs, and suppliers. One moment you're booking an appointment, the next you're sorting out a warranty or finding a missing part. You'll help keep the whole show running smoothly -- without needing to turn a wrench.

Here's What Your Day Might Look Like:

Booking in a repair job and getting all the info right the first time Greeting a customer who just rolled up with a trailer issue -- and making them feel taken care of Making sure the shop schedule is humming and the techs know what's next Following up with a supplier about a part that's holding things up Closing off a job, collecting payment, and high-fiving the team for a job well done

What You Bring to the Team:
