Service Coordinator
to help keep our service department running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Schedule service work, book appointments, and create accurate work orders with customer and equipment info
Be the first point of contact for customers -- addressing questions, concerns, and providing clear communication
Track warranty claims and follow up with suppliers until resolved
Coordinate logistics and yard equipment for maintenance and repair
Finalize work orders, collect payments, and assist with maintaining shop supplies
Support the service team by ensuring technicians have work lined up and the flow stays on track
Work with other departments to support alignment and a great customer experience
Help monitor service performance with weekly reviews and safety meetings
