Infiniti Nissan of Windsor is a family owned dealership that has been part of the Windsor/Essex community for more than two decades. We currently have an opportunity for a warranty administrator/appointment coordinator for our busy service department. As an ideal candidate, you will have 3-5 years of automotive service department experience with additional consideration given to those who have previous warranty administration and/or appointment coordinator experience. Candidates will be responsible for the proper payment of all warranty claims, ensuring that all manufacturer guidelines are followed and claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner. Additionally, candidates will assist the service department during peak hours by fielding incoming calls, assisting advisors with follow up and service delivery.
