ABOUT THE POSITION

The Warranty Coordinator will be a client facing representative while simultaneously working on delivering each element of the warranty program. After taking possession of their property, you will be the homeowners\' initial point of contact. You will collaborate with suppliers, other company divisions, and trades to maintain the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will embrace a challenge, exercise creativity, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will work collaboratively with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s development, construction, and property management teams and report to the operations manager and warranty manager, respectively.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a warranty/deficiency role
  • Experience working with new homeowners
  • Understanding of the 2-5-10 Warranty and fundamentals of home care
COMPENSATION
  • Salary: up to 65,000, experience dependent.
  • Discretionary Bonus.

  • 2 weeks vacation
