Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg is seeking a meticulous and experienced
Warranty Administrator
to join our dynamic service team. This role ensures accurate, timely processing of all manufacturer warranty claims while maintaining compliance and supporting smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, submit, and track all manufacturer warranty claims in accordance with factory and dealership policies.
Review repair orders for proper documentation, coding, and authorization.
Communicate with service advisors and technicians to clarify repair details and resolve claim issues.
Monitor claim status, follow up on unpaid or rejected claims, and process corrections when needed.
Maintain organized records of all submissions, payments, and adjustments.
Stay current on Maserati and Alfa Romeo warranty policies, bulletins, and procedural updates.
Assist the Service Manager with warranty reports, audits, and related administrative duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Warranty Administrator
or in a
dealership service department
required.
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Proficiency in DMS software (CDK preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Maserati or Alfa Romeo systems is an asset but not required.
