Warranty Administrator
to join our lively team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for keeping things organized, we want to hear from you. You'll be responsible for managing warranty claims and processing returned parts for credit. You'll work closely with suppliers, technicians, and inventory staff to ensure our operations remain efficient and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities include:
Process and track warranty claims for defective HVAC and plumbing parts
Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to return defective parts and follow up
Coordinate return shipments
Maintain accurate records of all claims, credits and parts returned
Collaborate with inventory and service departments to ensure correct part tracking
Assist with parts ordering and stock control when needed
The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years of experience in a similar warranty or inventory role
Have a great attention to detail
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing parts is an asset
Speak English
Reliable and trustworthy
