We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Warranty Administrator.

Reporting to the Stores Manager, you will be the first point of contact for warranty claims. You'll assess eligibility, coordinate product returns, and maintain accurate records of outstanding items with both customers and vendors. Your proactive communication and meticulous tracking will ensure smooth workflows and uphold our reputation for reliability.

What You Will Do



Evaluate incoming warranty claims against policy and vendor terms Communicate with customers to obtain necessary documentation and arrange timely product returns Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Quality, Logistics) to gather technical data and approval Track return shipments and monitor vendor responses for warranty repairs or replacements Update the warranty management system with claim statuses and vendor timelines Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to reduce claim volume

The Ideal Candidate



2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in aviation, manufacturing, or aftermarket support Strong understanding of warranty principles, RMA processes, and contractual terms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously Customer-centric attitude and a collaborative approach
