Job Description

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Supply Chain Department at Cavendish Farms.



Providing Operational business support to internal and external partners by analyzing and solving any inventory issues. Process all warehouse shipments in E1 and resolve outbound shipment errors. (Investigate to find the source causing the variation, and make appropriate corrections). Reconcile third party warehouse inventories to E1 and Investigate inventory discrepancies. Identify trends and root causes, request corrective actions. Communicate with 3PLs to process inv. adjustments in E1 (i.e. damages, lost ticket/new lot creation, open transfers, cycle adjustments, and mislabeled pallets). Analyze/Troubleshoot: Open Receipt from deployment, orders to be invoiced, returns, missing freight & Process customer/DC Returns.

University degree or College diploma preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite of applications. Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
