Customer Support & Brand Engagement Specialist
to join our team. This isn't just a customer service role--it's your chance to become a key part of the brand's voice, vibe, and visibility.
THE ROLE
Provide and maintain a high customer service experience via e-mail, online chat, phone, and direct message via various social media channels.
Troubleshoot customer order issues and resolve them using established parameters.
Apply product knowledge to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Assist in creating customer service processes and responses to frequently asked questions.
Knowledge of current technological trends in customer service to implement to stay innovative.
Design and improve systems and processes.
File claims and follow up with various logistics couriers along with the fulfillment warehouse for lost/damaged shipments.
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams such as Warehousing, Operations, and Marketing.
Generate reports to present during weekly team meetings.
Participate in hiring and training of new team members, as required.
Create basic social media content (photos, videos, stories, etc...) as needed to support customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three or more years of customer service, or related experience.
A strong grasp of CRM tools and eagerness to stay ahead of emerging tech.
Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) to enhance productivity, generate content, and streamline workflows.
Excellent verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote team setting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
Comfortable creating simple, on-brand content for social media (bonus if you love being behind or in front of the camera!)
Based in Toronto or the GTA, as we gather for team meetings, content days, and photoshoots.
