Please note that at the moment we consider only applicants who are currently in Burnaby, BC and eligible to work in Canada. Work Hours Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm! Position Summary The Warehouse Worker is responsible for processing orders within the warehouse area. You will be working as a part of a team to provide a superior quality of service to our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities Prepare orders for our company trucks to deliver to customers or transfer between branches (pull materials, package and label appropriately, place orders in pick-up or shipping area as indicated on paperwork) Safely transport material to work station Read paperwork properly in order to complete tasks Select material as per order sheet and complete required tasks Count inventory Work in a safe, efficient and professional manner that complies with company guidelines Keep work area clean and organized and equipment in good running order Contribute to team effort and completes other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment an asset Strong attention to detail both written and spoken Experience with warehouse equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience operating forklift an asset Experience shipping and receiving dangerous goods an asset Why work for Colonial? • working in a warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
• operating a forklift: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (preferred)
