Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Irving Forest Services team, based in Saint John, New Brunswick.
The Warehouse Team Leader will lead a warehousing team focused on the accurate and timely completion of daily shipments, receipts, and inventory adjustments that supports the four mills within the Pulp and Paper division.

You Have:

• Two years post-secondary education would be considered an asset
• Highly organized, pays close attention to detail, and a problem solver
• Driven self-starter who is flexible and adaptable to changes in assignments and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working in a warehouse
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of warehouse operators
• Leads team by demonstrating the highest standards of safety, customer service and product accountability
• Communicates information and priorities and ensures everyone has the tools needed to complete their tasks
• Manage performance through feedback and identifying training opportunities
• Ensures areas of responsibilities are organized and maintain a safe working environment
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
• Support Inventory Administrator to process/receive all warehouse receipts in company inventory computer system and resolve inbound/outbound shipment errors
• Support Warehousing Specialist to process invoices and daily reports
• Coordinate held product and rework projects with 3PL
• Process and coordinate warehousing claims and deductions
