Watch us here: The Warehouse Supervisor ensures department adherence to all quality and compliance processes, cGMP\xe2\x80\x99s, as it relates to Warehouse and Office Services regulations. Warehouse and Office Services staff report into this role. Manages external relationships (Transportation/PIV/Customs); manages J&J relationships (internal/external) to ensure Guelph Plant inclusion in key network project and identifies and implements process improvements. The warehouse supervisor will have responsibility for managing the storage of Guelph materials at external warehouses, be an ARPIC for controlled substances, and oversee cycle counting. What will you do Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for movement of materials internally and externally
• Manage relationships with internal transportation, logistics, planning, quality and delivery teams. Includes systems, projects, and controlled substances
• Manage relationships with warehouse suppliers, vendors, transportation carriers
• Manage warehouse policies, standards, and procedures
• Direct report supervision
• Metrics collection and reporting
• Continuous improvement projects
• PIV/Warehouse safety standard management alongside EHS
• Presentation of warehouse metrics to Senior leadership

Qualifications
What we are looking for Qualifications: Required Minimum Education: Minimum Diploma/Associate\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline Other: Process Excellence Certification, CCLP designation considered assets. Successful Canadian Background check required for ARPIC designation. Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse / Distribution activities, preferably in a Consumer or Pharmaceutical setting Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Demonstrated problem solving and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of ERP systems (eg. SAP)
• Understanding of GMPs, Customs Regulations (Import and Export), Storage and transportation requirements, WHMIS and OHSA
• Able to commit up to 10% Domestic and international travel
