Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for are Mississauga Terminal.

Your responsibilities will be as follows: . The supervision of 5-15 forklift/reach truck operators on their designated shift

• To ensure the safety of all employees
• Overseeing the receiving, warehousing and shipping process, during his/her shift
• Ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring all trailers are correctly loaded and unloaded in a quick and safe manner, and that all freight is stored in the appropriate location, and accounted for
• Prioritizing and delegating work to his/her staff, and overseeing that the work is completed properly and efficiently
• To protect the assets and interest of Groupe Robert

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• 5 to 10 years of previous supervisory experience in a warehousing environment
• Experienced using a Warehouse Management System
• Knowledge of RF Scanning procedures
• Computer knowledge and data entry experience (such as MS Office and e-mail)
• Must be capable of multi-tasking, time-management and able to meet multiple deadlines
• Superior conflict resolution skills
• Licenses to operate different types of material handling equipment, such as counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks and sky jacks, etc
• Minimum educational requirements: High School Diploma
• Familiar with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Familiar with WHMIS
• Familiar with Familiar with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control; Point, which is enforced by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency)
