Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global automotive company.


The Warehouse Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, contributing directly to the smooth operation of the supply chain. The Warehouse Operator will operate forklifts and other power equipment to move heavy materials, ensuring that inventory is organized and accessible. Attention to safety protocols and operational procedures is paramount to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with industry standards. Ultimately, this role supports production schedules and customer satisfaction by maintaining timely and accurate warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:



The stock products shall be stored in accordance with the 2S3D storage principle to ensure consistency with identification and visual inspection. FIFO management should be implemented to avoid any quality risks associated with item handling. Inventory of items should be conducted weekly, while assisting the financial department in conducting overall inventory every month, ensuring a 100% accounting consistency rate. Materials must be prepared promptly as per delivery instructions to meet production demands on time. Delivery of products to customers and orders should be completed according to delivery instructions, ensuring a 100% accuracy rate. Operate forklifts and other power equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Maintenance of forklift such as daily inspections, weekly cleaning, and monthly maintenance for optimal condition Dangerous chemicals must adhere to specified storage requirements, including reasonable control periods, FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles, and no operations involving fireworks or open flames. All ironware spare parts should undergo systematic management and trade-in operations based on the trade-in list provided Waste products are sold or disposed of irregularly every week while conducting monthly checks on accounts and invoicing.

To be a qualified candidate, you must meet the following:

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management, with the related certification Valid forklift operation qualification certificate High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Key to being successful in this role:

Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software Additional certifications related to material handling or safety training. Basic mechanical skills for minor equipment maintenance. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
