Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment.

Duties

Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment. Perform order picking and packing for shipping to ensure timely delivery. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing orders. Conduct shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Operate reach trucks and order pickers safely to fulfill orders. Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse distribution and operations. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment. Proficient in operating forklifts, cranes, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment. Experience with shipping & receiving processes. Knowledge of order fulfillment practices within a manufacturing environment. Ability to work with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400. Strong skills in order picking, packaging, and heavy lifting. Background in construction is a plus but not required. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Works 5 days per week based on shift arrangement 3-month probationary period
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
