The warehouse operator plays an important role in all the warehouse functions starting from inflow of the products until the time products leaves the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition.
Functions include, Unloading, Receiving, Replenishment, Putaway, Picking, Labeling, Counting, Packing, Shipping and Loading.

Operations:

• Work safely and follow all policies and procedures as documented.
• Efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring order accuracy.
• Match order numbers in the scanner and process shipment
• Refills the racks and place the products on a specific designated area.
• Scan the boxes and label UPC numbers on the boxes.
• Post the labels on the carts, boxes and scan them
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately within the required timeframe
• Separate the orders for express, same day and long orders.
• Print orders and samples pick list.
• Operate RF scanners to accurately fill orders and effectively manage inventory
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Complete orders and place filled boxes on conveyor belts for sealing and labelling
• Process Returns as required
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)

MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
a) High School Diploma
b) Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) preferred
